📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of medical supplies and equipment to meet the needs of the healthcare facility.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our healthcare facility.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Provide support to the Purchasing Manager in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
