📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates are realistic and competitive.
• Review and approve vendor quotes to ensure they align with project requirements and budget.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of all project estimates and associated documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and budget performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating or project management.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design and estimation.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
