📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.
• Manage reservations and check-ins, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and maintained to high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and participating in events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.
• Promote our establishment and its amenities to guests and potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, CRS) is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
