HSE Engineer - Health, Safety & Environment Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety management systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
• Monitor environmental impact of solar energy projects and implement measures to minimize negative effects.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Develop and maintain environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Certification in ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001 (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, QHSE, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
