📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Assist with front desk operations, including reservations and check-ins.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
