📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
