📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.,Oversee the entire quality assurance lifecycle, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that quality standards are met and that software products are delivered on time and within budget.,Identify and mitigate risks to the quality of software products, and work with stakeholders to address any issues that arise.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and products.,Monitor and report on the quality of software products, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance processes.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.,Experience with agile and DevOps practices, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to the quality of software products.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
