📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations and laws.,Lead and mentor junior tax consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Manage and oversee tax projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business plans.,Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports and analyses to clients and stakeholders.,Identify and seize opportunities for cost savings and tax efficiency for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate, individual, and international tax matters.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
