📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure a steady flow of applicants.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
