📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Actively prospect and identify potential property buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase our listings.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current and past clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of property sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and industry news.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
