Gate Go Group is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify requirements,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets user needs,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving documentation processes,Assist in developing training materials and user guides,Support customers and end-users with technical documentation and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken,Experience with software documentation tools and platforms,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
