📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Following up on leads and converting them into sales.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.,Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
