🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Balikpapan.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
