📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address these needs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training requirements and provide solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Manage and mentor junior learning and development staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
