Rejeki Krisna Store is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor information.,Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in managing inventory levels and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
