📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or alarms.,Patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access or security breaches.,Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.,Assist in the investigation of security incidents and accidents, documenting findings and taking appropriate actions.,Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, or natural disasters, by following established protocols.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with employees, visitors, and the public.,Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and logs, providing regular updates to management.,Enforce company security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Security Guard or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require standing, walking, and lifting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with security systems, such as access control, alarms, and surveillance equipment.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle, if required.
