Sumber Maya Mart is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Server to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a Deputy Server, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Server in managing the dining room and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that all orders are accurately and promptly delivered to the customers.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in training and supervising new staff members.,Keep accurate records of daily sales and inventory.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Server.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check.
