📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Coordinate vehicle schedules and ensure timely availability for employees.

Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Manage vehicle documentation and insurance.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service to employees using the fleet.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Proficiency in Indonesian and English.

Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing vehicle operations.
