Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Leading and managing a team of managers and supervisors to achieve organizational goals.,Monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with budgetary targets.,Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the company in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.,Continuously improving business processes and implementing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on business growth and profitability.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of financial management and accounting principles.,Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
