📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with logistics providers and service vendors to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
• Manage and execute logistics and services programs, ensuring alignment with HPE's business objectives and customer requirements.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for logistics and services challenges.
• Leverage tools like SAP, Jira, and Confluence to streamline project management and communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and services to drive innovation and improvement.
• Represent HPE at industry events and conferences to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and services management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of global logistics and supply chain operations, with experience in managing cross-border logistics.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this remote role.
• Experience with logistics and services software such as SAP, Jira, and Confluence is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
