The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution of our health products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of health products.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.,Provide support to the sales team in achieving distribution targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
