📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to attract candidates who align with our mission.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Contribute to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
