📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to maintain high performance standards.,Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate smooth inventory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
