📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor production output and quality to meet established standards and targets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.,Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.,Participate in shift work as required to support the production schedule.,Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production role.,Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.,Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
