📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including kitchen and dining areas.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing.,Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
