📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall business strategy.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on training outcomes and progress to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
