In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the financial activities of our subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and control the financial activities of subsidiaries, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for subsidiaries, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance of subsidiaries to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.,Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidation of subsidiaries' financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for subsidiaries.,Provide financial support and guidance to subsidiary managers and staff.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.,Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the insurance or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
