📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vessel operations and charter processes, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vessel captains, crew, and shore-based teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Use SAP and Navis to manage vessel schedules, track performance, and generate reports.
• Work with Vessel Charter Management System (VCMS) to manage charter contracts and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and update vessel schedules, ensuring that our fleet is always operational.
• Monitor and report on vessel performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all vessel operations are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing vessel operations and charter processes.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Navis, and Vessel Charter Management System (VCMS).
