📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of field agents, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the reach and impact of Amartha's financial services in Tabanan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including banks, microfinance institutions, and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
