📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and BDO's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain solutions with broader business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients on best practices in supply chain management.
• Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and financial metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively address client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Certifications in SAP MM, Oracle SCM, or other relevant supply chain management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
